We are looking for individuals that can help us in the following areas.

OPEN COMPANY- Name reservation with SOS- Incorporate the Entity- Apply for EIN- Apply MC/DOT/BOC3/ OP1-IRP-IFTA/KYU-Insurance quotes- Equipment loan app.

Your day-to-day job entails gettering information from customers and setting up companies. Addressing company issues, processing applications. Getting insurance quotes and setting up policy. Sales tax, IFTA and registrations etc.

We pride ourselves in providing back-office support, management, freight dispatch, accounting, collections, invoicing, truck financing, etc. We provide services to startup companies, drivers, owner operators, and carriers. If you are an individual that deals with day-to-day operations with owner operators, carriers, drivers, and shippers contact us to see if we are a fit and if we can build a partnership. We are looking for someone to help us grow our new program.

– Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
– Develop and maintain client relationships
– Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
– Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
– Process policy changes, claims, and renewals
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
– Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions

– Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
– Bilingual proficiency in [language] and English is a plus
– Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
– Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools
– Ability to effectively market insurance products to potential clients
– Experience in telemarketing or cold calling is a plus
– Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable policy terms for clients
– Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Previous experience in retail sales is beneficial
