Agent Support Representative Role and Responsibilities
- Be a brand ambassador to our Independent Agent Contractors
- Act as first line of support for our Agents, Motor Carrier partners, or interdepartmental inquiries/concerns involving our Agents
- Work to timely and proactively respond to calls or emails appropriately
- Create and maintain relationships with agents to ensure satisfaction
- Onboard agents and generate a welcoming environment/process
- Liaise with other departments or Customer Service Manager as needed
- Respond to agent inquiries according to departmental goals
- Understand and be able to describe the Bridgeway brand talking points
- Assist with problem resolution and business opportunities with freight brokers and carriers that our agents work with.
This position is on site in our newly remodeled office space in Moon Township. Normal business hours are 8a-5p M-F. This position has a rotation of days that will be 9a-6p. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years customer service experience in a call center environment. Experience in transportation is preferred though not a requirement as there will be training
